Pardis Medical Complex in Shiraz began operations in 2005 with the motto "Health is the first need" and with the aim of improving the health of citizens in a space of 400 square meters. The complex initially offered services such as emergency care, a pharmacy, and dental care. One year later, due to the positive reception of medical services by the citizens, new departments such as physiotherapy, laboratory, radiology, and ultrasound were also opened.
